Taking care to ensure your shipment arrives in pristine condition

As part of our expanding services, we now have our own in-house crating department specialising in custom made crates for paintings, ceramics and furniture.

All of our wooden crates are purpose built for each item, they are stamped with our company logo and IPPC number which is unique to us. This is recognised worldwide at all ports, enabling our crates to be accepted in each country they arrive in.

We also build bespoke chandelier carriers to transport light fittings on our vehicles.

Our usual turnaround is 2-3 days, enabling us to offer a much speedier international shipping service.

Once items are packed and foam protected, they are placed into their own crates ready for shipment from our warehouse. They come in all different sizes and have access for movement on forklift and pallet trucks where required. Smaller picture crates are easily managed by hand.

All shipments sent by us from auction rooms will be stated in the quotation as to whether a crate has been supplied.
